Established in 2014, The Phone Surgery was one of the first repairers along the South Coast of New South Wales, specialising in quality repairs for mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, laptops, PC’s and small electronics.

Since 2014, owners and directors Tay and Nikki have established four repair and accessory stores along the South Coast at Kiama, Nowra, Vincentia (Jervis Bay) and Batemans Bay. Along with their on-site stores, Tay and Nikki created The Phone Surgery Repair Van in 2022 which consists of a built in workshop on wheels where we come to you and repair your device, taking out the hassle of travel for our customers.

With over 15 years experience in the tech repair industry, Tay provides a plethora of knowledge both in business and the day to day operations of the company. Tay began his career repairing iPhone 3 and Nokia mobile phones and has continued to evolve his knowledge in today’s most recent models. As well as an experienced technician, Tay is also a certified advanced Microsolderer.

Nikki studied a Bachelor of Business degree at Macquarie University and has an extensive background in operations in both hospitality and retail for over 20 years. Nikki runs the behind the scenes business operations of The Phone Surgery from finance, human resources and marketing.
