Yes, all repairs include 3 months warranty and battery replacements include 6 months warranty. Your warranty is valid from the day you pick up your device.

No. Any physical damage to the part we replaced after the device has been repaired will not be accepted under warranty. This includes signs of impact such as cracked screens, bleeding LCD, water/liquid damage, bent frame and if the device had been opened by another third-party repair store.

If in an instance you experience any issues with the part we replaced which would fall under our warranty policy (eg: touch issues with no physical damage on a screen repair), please contact the store you had your device repaired as soon as possible.

We provide free quotes/diagnosis on all repairs, free tech advice and free sim card cutting.

Depending how busy we are at the time, a mobile phone repair takes up to 30-45 minutes and an ipad/tablet repair a minimum of 2 hours. Laptop/PC repairs can take a minimum of 2-3 days. IC board repairs take a minimum of 10 business days.

We understand time gets away from our busy lives, so The Phone Surgery offer a 90-day (3 month) holding period. Unfortunately if your device is with us for longer than this period (3 months from the day your device was booked in), we recycle your device.

Yes, we are partnered with IC board specialists whom specialise in electronic IC board repairs which include microsoldering. We provide a free quote service and all completed repairs come with 3 months warranty. IC repairs usually take up to a minimum 10-business day turn around and possibly longer if the IC issue is problematic. This is dependant on a case by case basis and how severe the damage is.

We sure do! All refurbished devices we sell in store are tested prior to sale. All refurbished devices come with 3 months warranty. If we don’t have a particular iPhone or Samsung device in stock, we will order this for you.

We also sell a wide range of brand new handsets ranging from Samsung and Oppo.

We sure are! All of our stores are open every day of the week. Our stores are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday and ANZAC Day. Our Repair Van operates 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday.
